  • The confirmation order received from B2B platform, is it the purchase order?
    • No, it is not. KIN will send via email the purchase order to be validated by you and signed it back. 

  •  I would like my order to be delivered to another address. Ho do I proceed?
    • 1) Place the order through B2B. 2) Confirm payment and check out. 3) Contact KIN to modify your shipping adress.

  • Does marketing support value acumulates form one order to anther one?
    • No, it does not. Please contact KIN in case of rounding up marketing support value.

  • Can I change my shipping address or my customer data directly from B2B?
    • No, you cannot. You should contact KIN.
